In order to prepare the pelvic splint for use, you need to thread the Ukrospas hemostatic tourniquet through the special straps located on it, then fasten the buckle of the bracket into the bracket on the victim and tighten it, if necessary, compress it with a the collar. In addition, in the absence of a stretcher, three tourniquets can be used instead to carry the victim.
