Fire valves for fire hose cabinets

Fire valves are shut-off devices that are designed to shut off the flow of liquid. In fire systems, only valve-type fire valves are used, fire valves are installed in internal fire water supply systems and are an integral part of water fire extinguishing at facilities. To connect a fire valve to a fire hose, a fire nut with an internal or external thread is used, depending on the thread located on the fire valve. The use of ball valves in fire cabinets is prohibited. Fire valves are either angled or straight. According to the requirements of DSTU EN 671-1: 2017, corner fire valves are installed.
