Firefighting foams concentrate is a concentrate that, when mixed with water, passes through a foam generator and produces a large amount of foam. Foam is formed in order to prevent the access of oxygen to the combustion product and thereby extinguish the fire. Firefighting foams concentrates are used to extinguish fires of class A and B (subclasses A1, A2, B1), foams concentrates are environmentally friendly, low-toxic, biologically degradable products that correspond to class IV (GOST 12.1.007-76 "Low hazardous substances").
